Since its inception, the Foundation has delivered programs with solid, measurable results to the Rochester community. Our programs include:

 

• Project S.T.R.I.D.E (Supervising, Training, Relating Ideas, Delivering Excellence) - A tutorial and mentoring program based at George Mather Forbes School # 4. The Foundation in partnership with the staff at #4 School work with the students on Saturdays during the school year on abi weekly basis.
   

• Project Aspiration - A mentoring program for Black male students at the high school level that encourages them to achieve academic excellence.
   

• The Loftus C. Carson Memorial Golf Tournament - A tournament that generates scholarships worth thousands of dollars for Rochester area students attending UNCF schools. In addition, the Foundation makes an annual contribution to the national UNCF organization.
   

• The Omega Readers' Program - A reading program which allows Omega men to read to kindergarten students at Wilson Commencement Park and George Mather Forbes School #4 every week throughout the year.
   

• Omega Book Program -  A program that purchases reading books for middle school students.
   

• Talent Hunt Program - A program that showcases local high school students' talents in classical vocals, classical instruments, dance, drama, and art via competitive performances.
   

• Dr. Charles Drew Memorial Blood and Marrow Drive - A summer event in partnership with the Rochester area Red Cross.
   

• The Omega Select Chorus -  A vocal group of Omega men started in 1994. The Chorus has been widely recognized for uplifting the community with music.
   

• Omega Essay Contests  for high school students -

• Purple/Gold Cross Country Race for inner city HS students -
